We had an excellent experience working with Jamie; being first-time home buyers,
we knew nothing about the home-buying process, but thanks to Jamie, we are now
settled into the perfect place. Jamie was always ready and willing to answer
any of the questions we had (which were quite a few, given our inexperience with
Fannie Mae properties and real estate in general). She was extremely flexible
in setting up meeting times that fit our schedule, even if it meant meeting in
the late afternoon or on weekends.
It was really great to feel like you
were a priority--we had no trouble getting a hold of Jamie on the phone and
she was always quick to get back to us with information or answers to even the
simplest of questions. Jamie was an excellent source of guidance, especially when
it came to questions about how Fannie Mae worked and how we could qualify for the
first-time home buyer credit, but we never felt like we were being pushed into
making a decision we weren’t sure about.
Jamie’s friendly and candid nature made it a
pleasure to work with her and a comfort to know that we were getting honest, experienced advice.
We would not hesitate to work with Jamie again sometime in the future and will certainly be

Having the opportunity to work with a REALTOR, particularly you, has been wonderful. After the class, we knew we
wanted a buyer’s agent, not a dual agent. We also knew that having a REALTOR was going to serve our interests best.
First-time homebuyers are almost always at a disadvantage. Having your professionalism to support us was very comforting.
On our first home viewing, we came in contact with a real estate agent. The difference was incredible. Having someone
with your background, training, and knowledge of homebuying and ethics, saved us from what could have become an uncomfortable
situation. Even the real estate agent representing the sellers in our current purchase has created problems that might
have stopped the deal (or cost us more money) without you, our REALTOR, stepping in to settle the situation.
The time you have spent over the last several weeks has eased our burden. Contacting seller's real estate agents
on our behalf and working with us through the offer paperwork was only the beginning. Going over the title papers,
the inspections, and coordinating with all the interested parties (sellers, sellers’ agent, lenders, inspector,
appraiser, and some others we don’t even know about) has been an invaluable service. We know that is your job, but
we feel you have gone the extra mile for us - not just with the contacts, but with the advice on how to proceed.
Every suggestion was spot on. We don’t feel that we would be purchasing our house at our price if we didn’t have
you as our REALTOR. We are grateful that someone was working for us through the whole process.

Jamie Wallace and her team at Windermere recently sold our condo. They made the process easy and “pain free”. Not only
were they professional but they are nice people; can’t ask for more than that. Jamie reported status timely and we
never had to ask for information. Her use of all the available media, particularly the internet, was top notch. Her
team did a terrific job of staging and running open houses for the brokers, other realtors as well as the public, on
